Fungal skin
Fungal skin infection caused by Candida fungus. It is usually found in warm and moist areas such as skin folds. Characteristics include small wrinkling and a fleshy red rash with satellite lesions.  

Interventions:
1. Assess and treat the cause. 
2. Wash gently with a skin cleanser with a normal pH. (zitan foam) 
3. Management options: 
• You may use a topical antifungal.
• In case of incontinence: use an antifungal moisturizer. 
• For skin folds: use Zitan cream to eliminate friction, moisture, and bacterial and fungal bioburden.
