Anal pruritus
Itching of the anus
A severe itchy rash around the anus caused by exposure to irritants in the stool. Rashes detoriates by heavy use of toilet paper or washing with soap and water.  

Interventions:
1. Investigation and treatment of the cause of skin irritation. 
2. After every defecation, gently clean the skin and perineum with a foam without rinsing and with a normal pH (Zitan foam). 
3. Apply protective cream to the surface of the skin.
